You and mePromise me that you'll be true
And I'll promise the same thing two
There's no limit to the things I'll do
Just you and me and me and you
We can make it if we try
And sore above the midnight sky
I'll be with you till the day I die
Just me and you and you and I
Your the one I can always trust
My love for you won't turn to dust
Come with me, I know you must
It's only we, It's only us
I need you to fill my heart with glee
I'll stay with you, if you don't flee
My love can take you where the eyes can't see,
Just me and you and you and me
Betrayed.I used to feel you,
You were close to me my love,
But not anymore.
For you see my dear,
You betrayed my heart and soul,
Now shattered in shards.
You've made me fragile,
You've taken away my strength,
Now I've lost myself.
And you are not here,
Leaving me for another,
What did I do wrong?
I miss and hate you,
You've hurt me but my love's strong,
You torture me still.
My love is fading,
No more than a memory,
I am now healing.
I've found someone new,
Someone that's sound and loyal,
Your opposite, 'love'.
The StarThe beautiful Sun rises on the horizon
like a lullaby of beauty and hope to a fractured soul
The Sun sings her poetry
and the injuries hurt a little less
The Sun whispers her enchantment
then my sorrow's fury calms down
The Sun radiates her smile
then my loneliness shrinks and hides in a corner
The beautiful Star persists in fighting the shadows of empty
She burns full of Belief, Beauty and Creation
She is an antidote to despair
The glow that emanates from her is a reminder that there is still light outside
Secrets and Promises Secrets and Promises
never to be spoken
never to be broken
One Last SongThey didn't see the signs.
They should've read between the lines.
Her lifestyle they scorned,
and for this reason, they mourned...
She suffered in silence.
Her sorrow, a cadence.
With her life they had gambled,
but with her world in shambles,
they had gone all-in and lost.
They should've known the cost...
In front of the grave, a boy thought of the girl he'd forsaken.
He wished this was a nightmare from which he'd awaken.
He was her high-school sweetheart,
but they had drifted apart.
Once he had left her alone,
the suicidal thoughts found a home...
On her guitar, sad notes she played,
whilst overhead, a noose had swayed.
QuestionsHave you ever felt lost?
Abandoned by the friends you've crossed.
You're tired and drained,
numb to the pain...
Have you ever wanted to die?
To leave this cold world behind.
One last step till you fall,
giving up on it all...
Have you ever weaved a web of lies?
Behind fake smiles you hide.
Ran out of tears to shed,
inside, you're already dead...
Have you ever cut into your flesh?
Haunted by rogue thoughts of death.
Your fate decided by a list.
How did it come to this?...
Have you ever laughed to conceal
the crippling hurt you feel?
Always saying you're fine
as you cover up the signs...
Have you ever pushed your friends awa
We'll Remember You We'll remember you,
Day by day,
Day by night,
Night by night,
You shall not forget,
The love ones by your side,
You're not alone,
No matter what.
I'll remember you,
You'll remember me,
Time will pass,
But I'll remember you because you're my one and only true thing to me,
You're my sister,
No matter what,
You're part of my family,
In my heart.
Got it memorized?
...of course you do..
Where's the End? Where is it,
The life line that goes off,
The path that ends our lives,
Where is it?
I can't image one thing,
I can't tell if we're living the same life again,
I can't tell if our lives are at the end,
I can't tell if there isn't even an end,
I can't tell whether I die already,
I can't tell if this is the same life...
Or is this a different life...?
Where's the end,
Where's the mark of death for me,
Where's the end of world,
If there even was a end,
The world would still live,
Everyone has to realize,
Whether they are looking at the past,
As we go through our lives,
Or are we living the real life?
I can't tell..
Fire.I walked towards the fire not thinking not understanding what was next something started to hiss I could only make out certain words. It was no snake neither simple animal, nor human I knew what this thing was. It walked out from the flames exposing its chalky white skin, flattened facial features, white out eyes, and red lip. This thing had no nose, no hair and was reverted back to its original self-creature with no clothes and no proper instincts. Walking on all fours observing me as if it were a naïve frightened animal. It hissed. I heard leave, then or else. I remained emotionless, lifeless, a new form of apathetic for me.
MeNobody knows the real me.
I keep her locked safely inside.
Only the closest get to see her.
Other than that she remains hidden.
Hidden from the world.
I see myself as lower than low.
Worthless to all.
That is how I protect myself.
Yet, all I do is hurt myself.
One place I cannot hide myself from,
There the real me breaks through.
My true emotions spill out.
Me is breaking free.
Little by little,
One word at a time.
I am being effected, by this girl,
She is escaping my words.
Soon she will be seen by all.
Me, myself and I will be one again.
There to shine brightly for all the world to see.
Her world falls apartmake it stop she screams
as a deathly tune plays through her heart and soul
as her world shatters into a million pieces
no one sees the pain she truly is in
her mask that no one sees through
is what is blinding her from piecing together her world that is broken
alone in her darkness with her world broken shattered like million snowflakes
As they spin around her unable to let her put her world together as everything dies
as she going crazy trying to puts back her world trying hard with all with of all her might
as her hope is disappearing as the million pieces of shatters snowflakes fall and hit her stabbing her hope and only
HeroThey say you need a lion's heart,
Beating inside your chest,
Or a hero's mind, which knows no fear,
To guide your steps, to push you on.
On towards that fear of yours:
That burning house, those eyes too cold,
That shadow lurking in the darkness
Of the empty factory.
They say you can't gain it,
They tell you: "you don't have it!"
That incredible bravery
that burns inside a hero's soul.
You read of it in books,
You hear of it in tales,
You see it in movies,
That bravery a hero needs.
You heard of those brave knights
Who faced dragons and witches,
Those evil beings created by darkness
And living on fear.
And you wish you wer
She stumbles blindly through the forest,
the tears racing down her cheeks.
The trees loom above and around her,
Dominating the space.
Gone are the days
The picnics and warm summer nights.
She seeks a place to hide
to escape her mind
A nothingness where existence
Is wholly subjective
And does not include
the anxieties and troubles
of human life
Oh how free, how liberating
For a mind not to constantly
The leaves in front of her blind her,
the thorns catch her skin,
Desperate for something to cling on to.
The poisonous berries hang in front of her fac
The RejectWith years full of effort and failure I continued. Kept doing what made me feel right deep inside. I enjoyed the mistakes and made them better each time I tried. I tried for you. I tried to impress you because I felt that you were the only one capable of being impressed by my work. But there was something to it. I wasn't good enough.
As I went crazy for the things you created I was left in the dust without confidence in myself...but I still tried.
I created something I was proud of. You claimed to have liked it, but that reaction spoke much louder my dear. There was another truth I found lying in your eyes. Were you impressed or discusted?
NightmareClorise ponders over how she might let her eyes shut gently. She is very tired and on top of that she hadn't slept in at least a week. She didn't know how she could manage to do something so horrible to herself, but she did.
"Doo dee doo doo doo deeeee dooo dee doooooo de do deee dooooo." She stops with a face rid of expression and stares into the growing dot on her wall. Then suddenly she realizes that she was a bit tired and needed to try getting some sleep.
In the blink of an eye, a girl with strange granting powers appears slapping the Clorise's face. *slap slap slap* she stops and disapears in another blink of her eye.
I hate the fact that I love youI love you whether you like it or not
And I don't like the way you race through my thoughts
I don't need to look just to see
You and I weren't meant to be
I hope you understand, I hope you believe
Even though your gone, You'll never really leave
If you felt the same way I feel about you
You would hate it as much as I do
I will love you until the end of time
There's no such thing as "Out of sight, Out of mind"
I wish my love wasn't this true
I hate the fact that I love you
Goodnight Enigmatic SongShe was the song you hear and, at first blush, don't like.
Well, you don't know how you feel about it so you keep listening in an attempt to discover how exactly you feel and then you reach the end of the song and you realize, you don't like it; you love it.
That was Grace.
She was my coworker and she was my friend.
We carpooled together, I drove and she slept most of the way.
"Don't get much sleep at night, do you?" I asked her, catching those drooping lids mid-descent.
She looked out the window streaked with rain; it spoke in percussive touches filling the car with quiet overcast conversation.
I felt the warmth of her smile in the corner of my eye. The blur of her hand reached at the window to feel the cold of the droplets.
"When I was a girl, I used to race these. I thought it was funny the fat ones always won," she giggled and I imagined her as a little girl in the passenger seat then, legs too short to reach so kicking, and hair messed in the bac
